It’s 14 days since I first took my measurements, so I thought I’d measure again to see if there was any difference.
Today (14th February)
- Neck: 15 1/2″
- Bust: 50″
- Waist: 46 1/2″
- Hips: 53 1/2″
- Thigh: 26 1/2″
- Upper Arm: 14 1/2″
1st February
- Neck: 16″
- Bust: 50″
- Waist: 47 1/2″
- Hips: 54″
- Thigh: 27 1/2″
- Upper Arm: 14 1/2″
Inch Loss
- Neck: 1/2″
- Bust: Same
- Waist: 1″
- Hips: 1/2″
- Thigh: 1″
- Upper Arm: same
So that’s 3 inches of me that have fallen off somwhere along the way
OMG!! I can’t believe I’ve just taken my measurements!! What I believe even less, is that I’m posting them here. But, as with the rest of my story, I am going to be totally honest. I can’t begin to accept myself and the facts if I don’t face them.
I (stupidly) didn’t take my measurements when I started ‘getting it off’. But at that point, I really couldn’t face measurements. It was bad enough facing what the scales were telling me. But, 3 stone lighter (I wish to god I’d taken those measurements!) I have now faced the demon that is secondary in scare factor to the scales.. the measuring tape!
So here they are in their full, horrible, massive glory:
- Neck: 16″
- Bust: 50″
- Waist: 47 1/2″
- Hips: 54″
- Thigh (the fattest part): 27 1/2″
- Upper arm: 14 1/2″
At least that’s the last time I’ll see those measurements on the tape measure
